What is Indoor Sailing?

The VS-C1 simulator is the cockpit of a sailing dinghy, hooked up to a computer and a pneumatic ram. You can choose your boat, wind strength, sailing area, etc.   Then you go sailing – hike out, control the mainsheet…

Why Sail Indoors?

Indoor Sailing is not weather dependent.  It can be a mid-week evening activity with no down time for rigging and launching.

Indoor Sailing allows the coach time to give feed back and the sailor the opportunity to master a technique.

Learn sailing technique without the stress of wind and water!

No wet-suits or waterproofs required - sailing without the financial commitment. An Indoor Sailing course can build on enthusiasm generated at a Try-a-Boat session.

Is Indoor Sailing just for kids?

Absolutely not! Indoor Sailing is for any age and any standard of sailor. We have courses for beginners of all ages.
