Sailing Simulator Diary and News Page... In Le Havre for the start of the Transat... November 2011 On Wednesday, three classes began the Transat Jacques Vabre from La Havre to Puerto Limon: Class 40, Multi 50 and IMOCA, In the race village before the start there was plenty of activities to send them off in style, including Indoor Sailing's sailing simulator. In action on Macif's stand, it gave visitors a chance to try sailing for (almost) real. Not as wet as the boats in this race, but a great way to have fun or learn what makes a boat go fast. You can follow the race at www.transat-jacques-vabre.com Other Recent events...
