Exactly how these rates are applied depends on a number of factors:

- The simulator hire charge applies for each day that the simulator is used at an event. It does not normally apply to travel and setup days.

- The simulator is transported to events in a van; the transport charge covers both the cost of driver, fuel and running costs. It is applied to every mile we need to drive to and from your venue at the start and the end of your event.

- We charge a fixed £50 for setting up the simulator at your event and for breaking down at the end. As part of this fixed charge we will show you and your staff how to use the simulator and how to run the appropriate routines.

- If you need us to provide dinghy instructors during the event, the daily coaching fee will apply, plus the subsistence allowance...

- Depending on how far away from our base you are, we may need to stay away for one or more nights. If we are providing coach he or she will very likely need to stay away from home; in which case our standard subsistence rate applies.

- Expenses such as ferry crossings, motorway tolls, and transport costs of our coaches are charged at cost.
